Salt Lake City teamed up with Ririe-Woodbury alumni for an
evening of thought provoking choreography during this
2nd Annual Ririe-Woodbury Alumni Concert.

emotionally-charged, and mature performance.

Rock n' Ribs Festival
August 23rd, 11 am-8 pm


Spend a Saturday afternoon in downtown SLC with rockin' beats
and savory BBQ. This is a family event…think picnic blankets,
late summer nights, cool grass, and great food.

Rock n' Ribs is officially sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Cook-off champions win a coveted invitation to the
BBQ Big Time...the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational
and the 28th Annual American Royal Barbeque
(the biggest BBQ contest in the world!)

The Gallivan Amphitheater will be center stage for live music. Food and craft vendors, cook-off competitors, and kid's activities
will be situated throughout the plaza.

6th Annual American-Muslim Festival

celebration of cultural diversity!

This event is a family-oriented festival showcasing multi-ethnic
world-class song and dance performances. Performers
include Kenshin Taiko Japanese Drummers, Sol de Jalisco
Mariachi Band, Bien Flamenco, and others.

Multi-ethnic food, merchandise, social services, non-profit vendors,
and special children's activities will be available.

Yoga classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am. You bring a mat, a towel, and water. An instructor and beautiful setting will be provided. Presented by the Downtown Community Council and

Downtown Farmers Market
Saturday Mornings, June 14th-October 18th, 8am-1pm


The Downtown Farmers Market is a local growers market,
featuring fresh produce from over 70 Utah farmers. In addition to the produce, a variety of fresh baked breads and pastries, cheese,
meat and seafood, jams and honeys, house and garden plants, arranged planters, and numerous handmade
arts and crafts can be found at the Market.

Sweet corn, raspberries, red and black currants, blueberries, plums, nectarines, White Lady peaches, Italian prunes, garlic, garlic braids, salad greens, beans (green, wax, and romano), spinach, arugula, chard, bok choy, beets, summer squash, zucchini, leeks, parsnip, broccoli, cucumbers, potatoes (red, white, and blue) eggplant, fresh onions, carrots, garden plants, herbs, the first of the tomato harvest, and melon crops from southern Utah.
