See full event listings at The Blocks Arts District

Join our City’s sweet Nona, Gail Miller for her annual Christmas Carol Sing Along at the Delta Center tonight headlined by the Calvary Baptist Choir, backed by the West Valley Symphony and conducted by our favorite weatherman, Sterling Poulson. (Free, Delta Center, 7PM)

GLOW at Gallivan Center brings the imagination of In Theory Art Studio to The Gallivan Center for an over-the-top holiday lighting spectacle! Open every day and free, come experience this wonderland Downtown!

The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square Christmas Concert is sold-out. But, there will be a standby line that opens 90 minutes prior to the performance. Tony-Award winner Ruthie Ann Miles headlines the show with the 360-voice choir, 150 instrumentalists, and 32 bell ringers!

Once in a while the ecstatic joy we experienced as children at Christmas returns in the form of nostalgia. Cozy into that nostalgia with the beloved movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Plays everyday at 7pm at Broadway Theater through the 26th.

This Bird of Dawning: The Nativity from The Sting & Honey Company has been staged for 16 years. The Salt Lake Tribune’s critic said, “It is almost impossible to describe its impact.” Through music, poetry, and movement, the production is ethereal and ephemeral, following Mary’s journey to the birth. (Three Shows, $20)

Utah Symphony plays your holiday favorites with Santa and Nöel the Elf making an appearance. This performance is part of the orchestra’s Family Series, so bring the kids! Tickets will sell out soon! 11am and 12:30pm.

Don’t want to leave Abravanel Hall? We get it, stay and enjoy the evening pops concert that will celebrate the magic of the season with delightful surprises… Could Santa make an appearance? (Fri, Sat, 7:30)

Drink of the Week

In sippy-cup-sized reads, our buddy at Axios SLC, Kim Bojórquez is doing some great reporting on serious topics, but once in a while she lays down the quill and enjoys a cocktail. Her recent recommendations this holiday season? Christmas Parlor at Flanker, Seasons Drinking at The Ruin, and Miracle at Hotel Monaco. Each of these offer experiential, Insta-worthy holiday spaces. See her review and go find your yuletide joy!

We want to feature your fun!
